What is valet trash?
Valet trash (doorstep trash collection) is an apartment amenity where residents set a bagged-trash container outside their door during an evening window, and uniformed porters collect it and carry it to the community's dumpster or compactor. Residents stop hauling bags across the parking lot, and breezeways and corrals stay cleaner.
How is valet trash priced?
Per unit, per month, billed on all units at the community. The rate depends on unit count, nights per week and how spread out the buildings are. Most communities pass a monthly valet fee to residents that is higher than the service rate, so the amenity adds to net operating income. We put the full math in your written proposal.
What happens if you miss a night?
You receive a service credit, written into every agreement. Every route also has a trained backup porter, and the owner is on call — so a missed night is the exception we plan hardest against.
What happens when residents set out trash late or loose?
We photograph it, note the unit and include it in your morning report. Your office applies your community rules; we give you the evidence. Photos show the container and door, never residents.
Do you provide the containers?
Yes. Doorstep containers and resident flyers are delivered before your first night.
How fast can you start?
Most communities launch within about 7 days of a signed agreement: walkthrough, proposal within 48 hours, then containers, resident notices and a trained crew.
