Valet trash at your community
Your community has hired Trash Chief to collect trash from your door. Your set-out window and service nights are on the flyer from your leasing office. Questions about fees or your lease go to your leasing office.
Set-out rules
- Put bagged trash in your Trash Chief container only during your community's set-out window on service nights.
- Tie every bag. No loose trash, liquids or food outside a bag.
- Break down boxes and take them to the recycling container — they don't fit in the valet container.
- No furniture, electronics, mattresses or hazardous items at your door. Ask your leasing office about bulk pickup.
- Bring your empty container inside the next morning.
- Keep containers clear of stairs and walkways.
Items that don't follow the rules may be photographed (container and door only) and reported to your leasing office.
