Switch valet trash providers without missing a night
Most managers stay with a provider they're unhappy with because they're worried about the changeover. We plan it around your agreement so residents never notice anything except better service.
Five steps. No gap.
- 1
Send us your current agreement terms
End date, notice period and container ownership. We'll flag the notice deadline so you don't get auto-renewed by accident.
- 2
Walkthrough and proposal
We walk buildings and corrals and send a written proposal within 48 hours — before you give notice.
- 3
Resident notice and containers
We prepare the resident notice and deliver new containers 7–10 days before the changeover.
- 4
Back-to-back nights
Our first night is the night after your current provider's last, with a supervisor on site.
- 5
30-day check-in
We review the first month of reports with you, building by building.

Before you give notice
When should I give notice to my current provider?
Check your agreement — many require 30–60 days' notice before the renewal date. Get your proposal and start date confirmed first, then give notice.
What if our current provider owns the containers?
We deliver new containers before the changeover. Your current provider collects theirs according to your agreement.
Will residents be confused?
Not if the notice goes out early and the set-out rules don't change much. We write the notice for you.
